Terms of use

Short version: the site is free, the games are free to play, and everything is in testing and offered as it is. A paid Host Pass is planned; price not set. Be decent to the people in your room, don't try to break the servers, and don't copy the games.

Who we are

Phone Party TV is run by Funtika LTD. Contact: support@splitday.com. By using this site or the games you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

Using the site and games

• Pick a nickname that is not offensive, hateful, or someone else's real name.
• Don't harass, threaten or cheat other players.
• Don't try to overload, hack or reverse-engineer the servers, and don't use bots or scripts to flood rooms.
• Don't use the site or games to break the law.
• In the test builds, the host can remove a player from a lobby. Once the games are online, we can close rooms or block access that breaks these rules.

In testing, offered as is

The games are in testing and are not publicly online yet. Today they run only as test builds on our own computer, and this website has no game server. Before the games go public, we will update these terms to name the company that hosts them. The games may change, break, reset or disappear. In the test builds, the game server keeps no scores; your device may keep your own history. We offer the site and games "as is" and "as available", without promises that they will work all the time or suit a particular purpose, as far as the law allows.

Friday Bourse uses play money and made-up companies. It is free to play. A paid Host Pass is planned; price not set. There is nothing to win, and nothing in it is financial advice.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for losses caused by other players, your device or your internet connection. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be limited.

Who owns what

The games, their names and rules, and this website belong to Funtika LTD. Art, video clips and sounds marked AI-made were made with AI tools for Funtika LTD, which runs the site. Funtika LTD holds the rights to use them. Peak Hour's music is a placeholder for now. The fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License.

You may share links and screenshots of your games. Please don't copy the games or reuse their art or sounds without written permission. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply.

Governing law

The laws of Israel govern these terms, and the courts of Israel decide any dispute about them.
