Rain Check, a forecast bluffing game for groups
Rain Check is a party game for 2 or more players. Each day your phone may show a secret barometer reading for tomorrow's weather. You keep it, sell it, or bluff about it, then plant three plots on the crops you think will pay. The TV shows the sky and the harvest.

How to play Rain Check
- Plant 3 plotsGuess tomorrow's weather and plant: wheat for sun, rice for rain, cactus for drought. In a storm only cactus holds.
- Read the barometerYour phone can show a secret reading of tomorrow's sky. Each reading says how reliable it is: 50, 65 or 80 percent.
- Keep, sell or bluffSell your reading for coins. The TV shows what you say, but the buyer sees the real reading, and a caught bluff costs double.
- Crowds pay lessA crop everyone planted pays less. Spreading out protects you, and the last day pays double.
- Most coins winsAfter the last harvest, the richest farmer wins.
